Relational Leader

In any given relational dynamic, w e say two people a diad, someone has to lead. So then the leverage point is to address the inner conflict first? Or is it to use the outer conflict to help unearth some of that inner conflict? Well, it's a really good question, because b i see conflict as a door or a doorway. And so if it's a door, i'm avoiding, and i shut the door to my growth. But if i open the door and i walk through it, not only do i not create an inner conflict, i actually get to practice being my authentic self and being in my truth,. which is what most people want.
