The biggest thing we do is solve customer problems, they hopefully will be happy. How many users are signing up for the account? Is something happening between them down loading and signing up? Maybe you're on boarding floe, or your sign of form is too long or complicated. So just between those two steps, there's an issue. That will affect your adoption a when be feature adoption rate.
