Is There One Poor Person Among You?
In Deuteronomy, God says there shall not be one poor person among you. The promised land will be rich and bountiful with enough for everybody. But if there is someone who is poor, then you'll take care of them. Even going so far as to saying that you might have to employ him. And yet the Lord God is leading us through a desert, through battles to a place of true freedom.
