The Importance of Making Bean Recipes Accessible

The farm bill dates back to Richard Nixon's secretary of agriculture guy named Earl butts and he was the architect of a scheme which made model culture grains very cheap corn soybeans rice sugar beets. Now we have this really cheap junky food that competes with things like beans, kale or other fresh fruits and vegetables so in a sense we're making the unhealthy stuff cheaper and then the healthy stuff  that also impacts how we eat yeah well the subsidies I mean that's one of my life goals is to somehow figure out a way to remove subsidies from things that destroy people's lives.
