The Importance of Intention in Agile Processes

I completely agree with this, it's really quite incredible when you think of how much of a failure it is with meetings. The flip side becomes, okay, if we're more intentional and we apply ritual in a very defined way,. I'm alluding to Agile process and different flavors of Agile. One of the reasons why Agile software development as a methodology has expanded and exploded well beyond the practice of software development. Can we be an Agile team if we're not even a software team? We'll find out soon.
