The Importance of Pursuing Passion
Monash: In an advanced civilization, like the U.S., the odds that any of you will be homeless or not have enough food to eat is those odds approach zero. Monash: I would focus on the pursuit of passion and just go for it. He says people should think about humans are driven by peers rather than their institutions. The founder of Staples turned down a lot of other offers which were probably being higher because he was passionate about what he wanted to do.
