The Real King
King was the target of criticism in an open letter written by white moderate clergymen who were concerned about his tactics and involvement in birmingham. He famously replied, injustice any where is a threat to justice everywhere. In response to suggestion that obeying the law is necessary for order, king distinguishes between just laws and unjust laws. The latter are, he claims, not really laws at all.
