The Power of Talent

I think the thing is where when we talk about talent, because the word itself, people keep thinking is something special. It doesn't have to be something special. I have a lot of talented coworkers. Yes. You see all of these people in our office building, they need to go downstairs to either have a cigarette, you know, well, don't smoke. Just go for a walk, get a snack, get a go, get a coffee. That's why it's such a great idea to have small businesses around office buildings. But there are those people who can just sit there for a long time without doing that. And they'll feel like they're being confined to their seat
