The One Single Thing That We Did Wrong
This year has been an incredible drop in performance to the likes that I've never seen before. The mistake of making so many changes, a new website, new packaging, new product names, killing fragrances and focusing on affiliate marketing is what we're dealing with now. And you know, that is a lesson. If you're going to make iterations to your business, don't make fundamentally huge changes in a short period of time.
