The War Crime of Starvation of the Civilian Population

I ask you about er another military tactic. What's the position with the legality of siezures in international law? Min i think it's easier, really, to point to the war crime rather than discuss the criterian as to how to make it legal. Can we understand what's going on in terms of genoside and why this reticence amongt some politicians,. but not others, declare this to be jealous.
