Are You Just Gogler?

How best do you retain information? Is it throug vidios at throg podcast? Is it through a course? Because something that a course that worked for me over ten days. I like to reagitate the information that i've read or written down and explain it to a friend and maybe put into a real life o example. And i think our generation is just so in to understanding things well before we jump into them.
