Is LN URL a Good Relay System?
LN URL is a separate system that works out of band using HTTP. LN URL was pretty early in that because users themselves already figured that this is not the ideal flow, right? I don't want to create an invoice every time I need to make a payment, so the receiver needs to do that, et cetera. That would be really cool when we can push those with nostril relays.
