The Disconnect That Happens When We're Showing Up for Others
In 15 years, I didn't see my mom cry. Not once. She kept it together and she was proud of that. We don't open up to discuss how we really feel inside with everybody else. My mom didn't do that with anyone anyway about anything. And so this was even more that way. That reminds me of just survival, right? That if you kind of lean in and you kind of go more toward grief and reflection and we may not be able to wake up tomorrow morning and do what needs to be done. Or so real, which makes a lot of sense coping. Yeah. Those are great insights. Thanks for your help.
