The issue kind of came down on the mens rea requirement of corruptly. Judge Pan and Katzas to some extent, I would say, were unconvinced by Defense Council's argument. This is where there was quite a bit of back and forth between Judge Pan and Defense Council. The case can be remanded back down Judge Nichols to decide.
