Weed to Boards - The Story of the Weeded Yaw Board

In 1944, journalist James P. Connolly wrote an article for the Baltimore Sun about the jump in Weed to Board sales during the war. William Arthur Folds said his father invented the Weed to Board and held the first patent. The company expanded starting a year after they started selling these boards in 1892. Parker Brothers purchased it from them in 1966. Hasbro acquired Parker Brothers in 1991 and still manufacturers Weed to Boards.
