How Good Would It Be to Transition From Customer Success Manager to Product Manager?

The biggest difference is that when you are working in a customer support role, kind of the customer is telling you what's not working and you are fixing it for that customer. While I have a product manager, you're probably going to need to step up and look at the bigger picture and see what things you can proactively tackle. Now, if you know that you can become that customer advocate, because you have those insights on a daily basis, you probably want to learn more about how you can influence the solution part and the decision making process.
