Agile Development - How to Build Trust in a Remote Team?

When you work with teams that are sitting in different continents, there ars always like a language or a cultural barrier. And then to build like product managers require you to have like, trust. So how do you do that? That's a really difficult thing to do. Longer response times completely breaks your flow, completely slows you down. I get to understand the customer needs of all these customers. For me, i like to travel. This is something that i don't really mind. A moving on, i wanted to emphasize that everyone, at some point of time will be working with global teams Like there is no way in to day's day and age that we can escape.
