The Problem With Union Leadership in a Capitalist Society
Anarchist view is that working class can't really be represented within official structures of capitalist society. So with trade unions or labor unions for example, often you get a dispute. And then union leadership makes a deal with the boss behind the backs of the workers and then where they agree to less than what workers were demanding. That does kind of happen regardless of the political makeup of those unions.
