The more data you collect, the more likely you have to be exempted from having to keep to the provisions of the law. Clause 18 subsection three of the bill seems to empower the government to exempt even private companies based on certain very strange criteria. "This law is not giving us the right to privacy or the right to against data fiduciaries to protect our own data," he says.
