Deus Ex - How to Motivate a Team

I didn't want there to be a stealth path or a combat path. I wanted those things all been available all the time, right? And so we wanted to reward for accomplishing the goal not how you did it like some people wanted to put Like if you go Pick the lock you get an experience point bonus for blah blah blah and I was like what if you just by getting in the room with the person you're supposed to talk to that we were Were you there because what if you made it on the roof and went through the skylight? "There are dumb ways to motivate a team and and sometimes the dumb ones are good too"
