Elon Musk and the Squidward Jaw Surgery

I like the idea of my head becoming more and more like spherical. They aerodontically run faster. It's like what they do to rottweilers when they train them to fight. That'd be so hard. Also didn't Elon Musk get that? I don't know if this is confirmed.
