CNN's John Sutter sat down with a group of community leaders to talk about their crisis communication plan. The team was in the middle of deciding whether or not to strike, when they realized it would be bad for them if they didn't take some time to think things through. "I'm just sweating going, oh man. Please," one woman said as she tried to calm her colleagues' fears and get back on track. 'The communication purse in me was just like, i din't want to strike now. I just want to not be silent.'
