I was doing revenue per square foot stuff. We were working on the general estate website. I'm going to have a bunch of these like operational capacity calculators on there. And it's, you know, I think about Steve, right? Steve would, he wouldn't have a very impressive number, right? Even though you can't with 50,000. The amount of money generated from his gym is significant. But yeah, I would like Steve's a guy I need to get on whenever I do like a podcast, do something for the general estate on a content side and talk landlord with him. Because I guarantee Steve's the kind of guy too.
