DB Schemes - Is There Anything We Should Do About It?

If you've got a DB scheme, it's worth its weight in gold. If you're having to consider transferring out then be very careful. In the vast majority of cases, it will be in your interest to leave your DB scheme where it is. There are obviously exceptions, but that is the deep end of the pool and absolutely where you would have to seek advice if your transfer value is over 30,000 anyway.
