What Is ATSC 3.0?

Dale: I didn't even totally understand what ATSC 3.0 or really even ATSC at all is. It stands for the Advanced Television Systems Committee, and that sounds like something invented in Soviet Russia as well. But it is basically that's an organization that comes up with broadcast standards,. So television that you can watch with an antenna, things that get broadcasted over the air. They have been in the US, digital for quite some time. Used to be that TV was analog. You had these weird rabbit ear antennas.
