What's So Special About Saffron?
There's quite a lot of people out there who don't like saffron. Some people may have different receptors in their palate, which causes them to taste saffron as very metallic. You're always looking for subtlety with big flavours like that. I'm now a really derisive fragrance is truffle oil. And some people absolutely loathe traflor and don't want to even be in a restaurant where it's being used. But i do use truffle oil in the restaurant? No, not really, but we using truffles.
