How to Correct Overpronation in Running

Cross overgate is where you bring the foot more into the centre. That manifests itself in when you run in what exactly did you say? You just cross overgate. And that's why we often get diagnosed with over pronation. It's nothing to do with pronation at the foot. It's actually because the landing angle created by the hip position. So it's kind of knock on effect. Yeah.
