Ike: If something is not meant to be worshipped, and you insist on making it a god, then you will actually end destroying that thing. I think pagans were the original exploiters. Ike classically speaking, christians were uncomfortable altering the landscape for any reason. They wanted to work with the nature of the landscape. But it was the pagans who actually went in and started trying to drastically alter things.
