The Eliminator's View of Desire

All he really wants is the desire for a cure, right? Well maybe we could go a little further. I mean would you want health if you thought it didn't make you happy? No. So that was my attempt to show that the eliminativist's view is less appealing than he first appears. The other guy thinks your desire to get on the train was satisfied. He eliminates every particular desire that you have. That might be how desire is. But that's at least a lot less appealing than it first looked, right?
