The important thing to know about writing is that we're all doing it. It doesn't matter what your job is at work, you need to put the things you've done and communicate their value in writing. If people read the way that you describe what you do, if you're great at what you do but your writing isn't very good, they tend to judge your competence on how you describe whatYou've done. So I want the people that don't like writing or never feel motivation to also know that they can just do it in a workhorse way and it can have great results for sure.
