Are You a Mentally Disabled Person?

In an ideal world, wouldn't you not give that pill to someone who's ten years old? You would wait until they have the, you know, the maturity to make that decision for themselves. But then again, we dn't let people who are severely handicap drive. i think having offspring is much more severe. And it's more like cores to humanity, whereas driving is just superconvenient. Being able to have a child is like, the, it's, it's the core thing our geanes want.
