The goal of phase three is to say, okay, now we generated $500,000 in pipeline cumulatively. Now we have to figure out how to do this in a repeatable way every month. So that might require more processes that might require other things that you need to think about. That would be the exit criteria to move from phase three, repeatability to phase four, operationalize and scale. And then there's a checklist of five things for those companies which must drive at least a million dollars in attributable pipeline per quarter.
