What Is the Cause of the Accident in Lima?
This was their fifth fatal crash in 13 years. It's just an awful safety culture that had gone on with tents. The pilots channeled their attention in search for visual conditions, trying to locate the runway neglecting the flight and abandoning the safe separation level prescribed by regulations. This type of storm should be avoided at least 20 nautical miles away. They violated multiple things that like they flew under the storm, and they're way closer to it. And if possible, go around it or fly over it.
