I Think the Quad Is a Defense Alignment

India is highly dependent on not only Russian weapon systems but their defense industrial waste. I think our intelligence community assesses it will take them about a decade to get back to where they were before the war. We have actually had some agreement with India recently to do some co-production of some interesting systems like artillery systems and striker armored fighting vehicles. It's holds for India, it holds for many other countries as Colin said.
