If you are a product co founder, i wouldn't worry too much about the strategic and tactical side of things. I would get people, i would get great designers on board, wo have so very good sense of ux tinking. But i would get really good executors on board, right? So i would go after young peoplewho can just be, you know, beasts when it comes to execution. And put in the hard work. It's not meself worth 16 hours a day, but when they work in that focused eight, ten hours, they can move mountains, right? Similarly, if one of the co founders is a very strong sort of cito himself for herself
