Maise inflate: I think this is a really great attempt to answer a very difficult but important question regarding out of hospital cardiacare care. But man, there is a lot going on here in the intervention group. And i can see why the authors have done it, but it also leaves me pondering a lot about what's actually happened within there. The selection criteria seems to be hugely important here. You wonder whether or not the presumed cardet cause, as upposed to takin the essential shockable rhythms, would have made a difference here.
