You're trying to do it in such a way that you get an answer which is informative and that's the trick. Not only do you need to pierce through the armour of the person giving the interview but you also need to p Pierce through the attention of the people who are listening at home. In television and radio to let's extend you are aware of theatricality of it. Television particularly so I've produced reporters who have no concept of the fact that their face is a way of helping the audience understand things.
