Taiwan's Semiconductor Coming to Tao Yuan Science Park

DPP candidates in Maryland, Magistrate races this week unveil the joint semiconductor development platform. They say it's aimed at improving the island tech sector. A statement comes, though, a bit controversy over claims by one DPP candidate that Taiwan's semiconductor manufacturing is going to open a factory there.
