The Fear of a Recession

I just can't see how you can generate structural inflation or any of the things people talk about so are you of the opinion and we're in a very small group if you are the 10 year bond yields come back down to one and a half percent or lower. I wouldn't be surprised if we have record low long term rates in the United States possibly flirting with zero maybe going negative depending on how things play out from here on.
