The sales cycle for changing someone's mind or getting them to see things a different way goes through very predictable stages. You can't meet someone, have one conversation and change their mind unless they're very impressionable. Social media is junk food for the mind. It brings out the worst in everyone. And it doesn't allow for what I am suggesting is necessary for true communication.
