Leaders want to engage and inspire. Those are the only two words i picked. I would have preferred one word, but for the purposes of broadness, i wanted to use two words. There are a lot of words that some leaders may think they want to do for their audience,. To me, the two most important are engaging and inspiring, especially inspiring.
