The Ascension of Jesus Christ

As Christians, we tend to focus on the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. In John's gospel, Jesus says explicitly, it is for your good that I go away. He tried, he was made king, however, and he returned home. The Bible describes for us that Jesus has gone to receive a kingdom in order to return in might.
