Is the Game Changer?
The world has got lots of trends right now that are suggesting that we're at some kind of inflection point where things are going to be different in the future. What matters is not so much understanding the trends but spotting discontinuity of trends because it's change of trends that are actually presenting opportunities and challenges. Those are all both individual and collective problems solving that makes all the difference in terms of strategic actions from any companies today. The fact that we are living in more volatility makes strategy more of a problem solving practice than less of aproblem solving practice.
