Field Training

Of 226 shootings we examined, 107 involved at least one officer who had graduated from post five years earlier or less. How would you want us to train if those situations are so infrequent? We put officers in in ugly situations, and then we expect to be perfect every time. If i can teach im in that situation where the potential outcome is a shooting, maybe wey'll try to avoid it.
