The Construction of the Wyoming Frontier Prison
Wyoming frontier prison was built in 18 88. It took 13 years to finish, and inmates were transferred from other prisons over time. The prison had no running water or hot water until 19 78. Inmates could not fit their two million dollar budget into the new building.
