I think people don't realize just how difficult it can be on it, like a day to day, just being ok with yourself. And that's the thing that i struggle with the most. I've gone back and forth, unlike different medications, based on, like where i am and my training cycle. But it is kind of like finding what works. Because you don't always necessarily feel mentally sharp when you're on stuff like that. Just different techniques, different methods here and there. Ya, i have to really work to stay on top of this.
