The president of the bank of international settlements, said we must distinguish between a cash and central bank netial currency. Cash provides this aw, shall we say this, ananymity, this privacy, that a probably would not exist in a central bank deditral currency world. And at the same time, there is this this other element, which is the programmable element of the currency, which would mean that central banks could choose what we should be allowed to spend our money on.
