I decided in March I was going to get outside for either a run or a bike ride every single day and I did that from the end of March until the end of October so rain or shine I either biked my bike route is eight and a half miles or I went for at least a couple mile run. It did definitely have a big impact on my mental state so I think that that is definitely a good aim however I I don't know yeah not what I was expecting to check. "Just because something can be done doesn't mean it should be done" he says.
