The Impact of the Pandemic on the Southwest of the United States

I think that a lot of Americans don't even can't even comprehend that there are Americans that don't have power and don't have water. I was thinking about sending my kid to like, you know, some other country. And is there a way I could just send them over to the Navajo Nation? The issues are somewhat similar, however, it's just right here in the southwest of this country. Why are people getting left behind? Like what is, what do you think is causing that?
