Building Consensus on National Regulations
The only way to really make this work in a meaningful way is to get as many parties as possible, hopefully the entire world on board. So by using those exponential communication tools that we already have access to, having these conversations, talking with other influencers, talking with researchers, we can build consensus for an international regulatory body modeled on nuclear regulators. But it does require broad enough consensus for the mechanisms of democracy to work like that.
